1. Under mentorship committee, both undergraduate and postgraduate students is assigned with a mentor at the beginning of every year. Same is notified in the student’s handbook and the list is displayed in the classroom
2. Three monthly meetings with the students are kept as per their timetable. This program helps students in their personal and professional experience.
3. The mentee will be assessed on: Academic Achievement, Discipline and code of conduct, subject requirement, attendance, curricular and extracurricular activities and clinical assessment (if any).
Frequency of mentor-mentee meeting : quarterly in a year.
Duties of the Mentor
1. To ensure regular feedback from students on academic, cocurricular and extracurricular activities.
2. To counsel the students for improving their performance
3. Explore the training requirement, develop a concept of the lifestyle for the field and the application of training in the professional concept.
