Committee for Parents Teachers Meet

Parent Teacher Meet Committee has been constituted to maintain the communication between Parents, teachers and the students. This committee coordinates between the Under-Graduate course committee, Class in-charges of UG programme and mentorship committee to keep a record of the students’ academic performance and communicate to their parents.

1. The committee shall be responsible to inform about the students’ academic performance to their parents

2. The committee shall be responsible to inform all year UG class in-charges to maintain data of attendance, internal assessment marks and any other issues of the students that need to be discussed with parents.

3. Letters/Mails/SMS/WhatsApp shall be sent to individual parents’ mentioning about the internal assessment marks and attendance one month prior to the dates of parent teacher meeting.

4. In case of any issues, the committee guides the parent and the student to their respective subject teacher/the mentor for their better performance

5. In case any suggestions given by the parents the committee shall discuss with the higher authorities to be implemented

6. The meetings shall be held after first internal assessment result in every semester

Frequency of the meeting : Twice a year/ academic year
