A return to work in a stream of vocational rehabilitation is a vision of the decade. A proactive approach to industrial rehabilitation and ergonomic guidance to the parking corporate lifestyle is a must.

The future of physiotherapy lies not only in the hands of the young buds but their mentors. A perfect combination of a mentor’s disciplinarian spirit and a young physio’s technological advancement shall pave the way for the upliftment in the field of ethical practice and professionalism shall shatter the glass and outbreak the ceiling of outdated practices. Increased awareness and weight of information shall enable a physio to generate not all curative but a prophylactic regime.
